Shipping Policy


For orders that do not qualify for free shipping- Overweight packages will be charged actual UPS freight charges over the first . Due to rising fuel prices, shipping on orders under 0 is min .

Our primary shipper is UPS.

We cannot ship the following items due to Hazardous Cargo restrictions: shocks, struts, batteries, paint. Body parts cannot be shipped due to size restrictions by UPS. Sheet metal body parts are likely to be damaged and are not offered by this website. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED ON OVERSIZE AND HEAVY WEIGHT PARTS CHARGES FOR FREIGHT WILL BE ESTIMATED BASED ON SIZE WEIGHT AND DISTANCE. Shipping charges are estimated at 11% of the total order amount. However, the freight amount may be adjusted lower in certain circumstances. In all cases, the minimum shipping will be .00. In such instances that the necessary freight expense exceeds 11%, you will be notified for prior approval before shipping.

Shipping procedure and policy:

When ordering a part it is a three step process,

- 1. After placing your order you will get a confirmation of receiving your order with an order number. It is a good idea to print this confirmation for your records.

- 2. The order is then checked for accuracy and availability of parts, then you will receive a confirmation of your order being processed. If there is an inaccuracy in part number or price you will receive an additional e-mail notifying you of the discrepancy, the order then will remain in pending status until you approve or cancel the order. Orders where there was no vehicle identification number (V.I.N.) given will only be checked for price accuracy and will be shipped as is and the accuracy of the parts are the responsibility of the buyer.

-3. After your part(s) are ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation of shipment with a tracking number linked to the shippers’ web page for easy tracking.

Your order will take 1-6 business days to ship, depending on the location of the items that you are purchasing. In all cases, we will ship your order as soon as possible, because we don't like waiting either!

We will accept returns of resellable parts with original packaging. Tried or Installed parts are exempt. A return authorization number is required to receive credit, and there will be a 15% restocking charge on all returned parts.

In the event that we make a mistake and send out the wrong part, the restocking fee is waived.

We are unable to refund shipping charges.

At this time we only ship within the continental United States.

Return Policy


 No refunds after 30 days.

All return parts must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice.

 If your order did NOT include the VIN, there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered!

There are no returns on airbags, electrical, fuel related parts, high-performance parts, racing parts, previously installed, or special ordered parts because we cannot restock them.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns if we concluded the order was your error, but still a returnable item. If the error is ours, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order error is the customers, charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.

Please email us at for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise. If you chose to email us, please include your order number and "Return Authorization" in the subject line.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued.

All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you will not receive credit.

Parts must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice (this can be found under your account on our site).

All shipments must be prepaid. COD and freight collect shipments will be refused.

If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense.

To process a return: Log in and click the order status icon located on the top-right corner of the screen. Click on the order number for the item that is being returned. In the next screen, click the return button and choose a reason for the return from the drop-down menu. We will then send you a Return Authorization number. At this point, you can ship the item back to us. Write this number visibly on the outside of the package. Please include either the original packing slip or the item order number with the return. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured Parcel Post. A credit will be issued when we have received the part and verified that its condition is acceptable.You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected the wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts.
